Please do not park in front of neighboring houses. **Bath towels are for indoor use only, do NOT take them outdoors Please: ▪️Wash used dishes and cookware before checkout ▪️Clean up spills promptly ▪️Do not place grease or food down the sink drain 🚫NO smoking or vaping indoors For the safety of our guests, there is a camera on the garage and a doorbell camera. Pets are welcome, with prior approval, at the time of booking. *Keep pets off of all furniture *Clean up after your pet *Dogs should not be left unattended while outside *Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages Lake Safety The house is located across the road from Townline Lake - please use caution when crossing the road *Children should always be supervised near the water No firearms or illegal drugs on the premise Damage We get it, accidents happen! Garage Access The detached garage is not included as part of the rental and will remain locked during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and ask that guests do not attempt to access the garage or its contents. All guest-accessible amenities and outdoor spaces are available for your enjoyment.
